At my core, I am a story teller. Whether it is through an article or creative direction, I enjoy weaving a creative tapestry that incites discourse and debate, bringing a whispered story to life.

I appreciate being a team player and have led and been part of many successful projects during my academic career in Dubai and London. From my experience, the success of a team lies within constructive communication, acceptance of differing ideas and a thorough and shared understanding of the project’s purpose.

These are all values and skills that have been imbedded in me for many years through rigorous schooling and hard work, and skills that I have continued to hone while studying and working on projects such as DominAsian Magazine.

I am incredibly passionate about South Asian representation, especially within the creative community and I strive to play an active role in empowering my community. Through my work as Head Writer and Directing Host at DominAsian Magazine, I have gained experience with producing editorial content, assisting on set, creating multi-media content and hosting interviews and events. I've been lucky to experiment with fashion styling and set design in this process.

Through my studies at London College of Fashion, I've derived a greater understanding of the fashion industry. These conclusions were further supported through the internships I've undertaken. At 'Love The Sales'

I learned about integration of AI into the workings of the industry and the psychology of the affordable luxury consumers.

I was incredibly grateful to receive a mentorship in Fashion Journalism under Navi Ahluwalia, editor in chief of HypeBae, facilitated by online platform 'Diet Paratha'.  I am particularly interested in Public Relations, Journalism and Luxury Branding.
